WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you will be happy with your All Office Supplies purchase. However, should you wish to return any item we’ll work with you to either replace, return or refund your goods. To arrange your return please call us on 0800 644 8222 or email hello@allofficesupplies.co.uk.
Please contact us within:
• 3 working days if your item is missing/wrong/damaged.
• 10 working days if your item is unwanted.
When you contact us about your return, we’ll email a returns number. Our courier will collect your return within 3 working days.
Conditions and exceptions
• Refunds are made excluding any courier charges.
• Collection will be attempted up to three times after which we can’t issue any credit.
• For a straightforward refund on an unwanted product, the item needs to be in a re-saleable condition in its original packaging.
• Some electronic items, may require contact to the manufacturer directly.
We’re not able to accept returns for:
• food and drink
• dated products (diaries, calendars, wall planners)
• 'special order' products
